01. Tiger for Balenciaga

“The Tiger Sculpture’s body appears futuristically mechanical, evoking the efficiency and elegance of industrial engineering as well as the natural grace and precision of living cats,” reads the description from Balenciaga.

The brass objects were welded together entirely by hand, made from individual components that were individually powder-coated, glossed, and shaped using a lost-wax metal casting technique. Displaying meticulous details, the sculptures incorporate a vertebrae-like tail section, gear fittings on the joints, individual whiskers, and a Balenciaga logo engraved on the head.

02. 3D Printed masks for Dion Lee

We created three variations of masks for the runway presentation, using a client model. With a lead time of four days, we produced masks from electroplated SLA resin, transparent SLA resin, and polished aluminum 3D print.

    03. Inflatable Spider for 032c

We swiftly transitioned from the initial concept to a 3D model, then to a production sample, and finally to the completed object.

      04. Bronze Heads For Sucuk und Bratwurst

Starting with the client 3D model we prepared them for 3D printing, silicone molding, bronze casting and painting with automotive lacquer. The final size is approx 50cm diameter per head. Finally we packed and shipped the works for exhibition in Berlin.

      05. Sculpture for Simon Denny

Simon presented a complex project request. Using reference images and dimensions, we created 3D models of miniature props from a board game and replicated a specific sword. This project involved an extensive phase of material sampling and consultation. The chosen processes were unique, including casting the sword in coffee-grounds infused resin, voxeljet sand printing with epoxy resin impregnation, FDM printing, and FGF ABS pellet printing. The 3D design process then expanded to include CAD modeling of steel support structures and designing mounting techniques for specially shaped canvases that we also produced.

        06. Bronze for Edith Karlson

Edith had a plaster model that was 3D scanned in Estonia. We refined the scan data and used ZBrush and Magics to prepare the mesh for 3D printing. The printed model was used to create a silicone mold for a wax figure. This wax figure was then transformed into bronze using the lost-wax casting method. The bronze figure was treated with a patina. Finally, the artwork was crated and delivered to a museum in Latvia.
